Dr. Stefan Rudolf
Founder
___Stefan has been active in the startup environment for years and combines agility, innovative strength, and entrepreneurial flair. He was one of the co-founders of the Complexity Management Academy while still pursuing his doctorate.
___Stefan was also one of the founding members and CTO of the eMobility startup/scaleup e.GO Mobile and was responsible for development, production, factory planning, after-sales, and digital services, among other areas.
___His experience in founding and scaling companies helps him develop sustainable business models.
___With 15 years of experience in product development and production, as well as in innovation and complexity management, he drives technological excellence and sustainable success.
___He holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering from RWHT Aachen University and degrees in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering from RWTH Aachen University, as well as a Master of Engineering from Tsinghua University in China.
___He held senior positions in innovation and production management and, during his doctorate at RWTH Aachen University, led research and consulting projects in the automotive industry as well as in mechanical and plant engineering.
Sebastian Sekira
Founder
___Sebastian is a creative and strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in the automotive and motorcycle industries.
___He began his career in 1997 at KTM Motorcycles in Austria and played a key role in transforming a small off-road motorcycle manufacturer into one of the world's leading motorcycle manufacturers (Pierer Mobility AG).
___He held various positions, including VP R&D Street and Head of Engine Development.
___From 2017 to 2024, he worked at e.GO Mobile, where he led research and development and aesthetic design, shaped corporate and product strategies, and was responsible for cost management.
___He was also significantly involved in organizational development and the introduction of agile, interdisciplinary product development processes.
___Sebastian holds degrees in mechanical engineering from the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences (HTBLA) and in industrial engineering from the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences.
